Indenture, June 29, 1731, between the selectmen of the town of Harwich, Mass., and Eleazer [i.e. Eliezer] and Rebecca Freeman, of Eastham, Mass., binding Rebeckah (also known as Sarah) Chin, a four-year-old Indian daughter of impoverished parents, as an apprentice and servant until her eighteenth birthday.
